Your age should also consider how well you take care of yourself mentally and physically. While some changes will occur no matter how well or poorly you treat your body and mind, exercise and using your brain keeps you much younger in a general sense.

From the day we come out of the womb. There should be a specific time where we are born. For example, if we were born at 4:59 pm, then our birthday should be 4:59 p.m on the day we were born.
