get a dell studio 15 . for the configuration you mentioned , it would come to around 40k + taxes .

HCL ME laptop is the way to go.
They offer good service across the country
You can get core 2 duo t6600 , 4 gig ram , 320 GB hard disk, 15.6 inch LED back lit TFT screen,
1.3 webcam , bluetooth , DVD RW..... etc

dont know about cheapest but look up acer 6930g
its also has fingerprint reader and blueray
there are different wersions of it so make sure u pick the 1 u want

Buy an HCL its the best. it has widest service network in India. spares are readily available and are cost effective. for prices you can visit websites of different brands.
