Google Chrome is certainly the fastest web browser around. Internet Explorer is really slow and feeds a lot on your computer memory. So don't use it. Firefox is much better than IE. However, it is still very slow if compared to Google Chrome. Chrome is extremely fast, secure and light. I highly recommend it.

I had used windows Vista on my compaq laptop also. And used Firefox then. I got Windows 7 Home Premium and I use Firefox. I tried Google Chrome. And It was running slower on loading Java then Firefox 3.5 Build.

In my opinion I would Use Firefox 3.5 or Firefox 3.6 Beta build.

You can also make Firefox look like Google chrome too, if you just like the look.

I would say just whatever you find to your liking. I use 3 different browsers everyday, between Internet explorer 8, Firefox 3, and Kmeleon i find i like firefox more but Kmeleon is much faster and chrome is even faster but i never really liked chrome that much.

Google Chrome hands down. I have used EVERY internet browser and none is as fast and user friendly as chrome is !!!!!!

Chrome is great, very lightweight and stable.

Firefox would be 2nd behind Chrome.
