Restore Vista PC to factory settings (w/o CD and F11 won't work)?
I have windows Vista and would like to restore it to its factory settings. I don't have the discs. When I boot up, I press F11 repeatedly and nothing comes up. Please help.

If nothing happens when you press F11, the manufacturer didn't supply a restore partition, so without thew CD you can't reinstall Windows.
