What can I take besides Tylenol?
For the past two days I've been having neck, head and back pain and Tylenol hasn't helped at all but I was told that that is all I can take due to the fact that I have ulcers. Is there anything else that I can take that will help the pain but not harm my ulcer?
I forgot to add that I have a bleeding ulcer will advil affect that.

Advil or Motrin doesn't have aspirin in them so they should be ok to take but I would drink a glass of milk to coat the tummy first so they don't bother your ulcer. Also use warm wet cloths on your neck and back for the pain and put an ice pack on your head for the head pain. It sounds like muscle pain in the neck, back & head so the heat will help that area and the ice will help the head. Be sure to wrap the ice pack in a pillow case and not put an ice pack directly on the scalp.

There aren't a lot of options for people with ulcers since you can't take advil because that will aggrivate your ulcer. Try hot or cold packs and massage.

What if you put a535 on your back/neck? It will provide temporary comfort at least. That's what I used to do when I had tension headaches. Or what about those heat wraps that are supposed to help with back pain?
Neither of those would affect your ulcers.
Other than that, I'd reccomend going to the health food store, they'd probably have something natural that might help.

First, advil is good. Take two advil and that should do it. Make sure you don't take too much tylenol or advil though. People have died from it

You can try arnica montana, topically and internally. Also a heating pad can help tremendously. I would also recomend soaking in epsom salts and baking soda.
