You can use a damp washcloth but what ever you do, do not use a paper towel or a tissue. Why? What are paper towels and tissues made from? Tree bark. What will tree bark do to your screen? Scratch it! Just use a damp washcloth. Make sure it is damp and wrung out. Not to wet!

its best NOT TO USE CHEMICALS TO CLEAN IT WITH. like some kind of glass cleaner, etc..
if you use rubbing alcohol mixed with water (50% of each) if should clean everything off.
make sure you turn off your computer first just in case, take out the battery first too.
Dont put the water directly onto the screen, put a small amount onto a very soft cloth and then use that to clean the screen.
If you dont need to go that extreme then you can do what i do and just wipe it off with one of those Microfiber cleaning cloths you can buy almost anywhere for electronics and screens
