How about fuchsia pink ? It goes lovely with black and looks really sexy yet "normal" at the same time. You can get black curtains with some pink in them or blinds in black either venetian or roller blind and if you added some silver it would look amazing.

It really depends. Pretty much every color will go with black so it depends on how you want your room to feel. Use blue or green for more peaceful mellow look, but use fiery colors like orange or red if you really want it to look bright and sassy.

i know this doesn't really match your description but if you have 3 walls like a chocolate brown or whatever colour brown and 1 blue its looks really stylish/mature and its neutral so its easy for decorating/furniture

I WOULD GO FOR RED, BLACK AND GREY OR RED, BLACK AND CREAM. CHOOSE ONE WALL WHICH WOULD BECOME YOUR FEATUER WALL,THEN CHOOSE A WALLPAPER THAT IS RED BLACK GREY OR RED BLACK CREAM AND FOR THAT ONE WALL. THEN PAINT THE OTHER WALLS GREY OR CREAM. LAMINATED FLOORING WORKS WELL WITH THESE COLOURS.
