How do I get help for my brother who has been arrested because the same girl who lied four years ago has lied?
again and said that he assaulted her 11-16-09 and we have proof that he was at work and not assaulting her for the three hours she's claiming... he was on parole because we just excepted his doing the four years, but this time we won't stand by and let her do this to us all again. We served her with a restraining order and she had it turned around because she told that lie on 11-16-09 and she keeps screaming that she's the victim and were ok with that we just don't understand if she's claiming to be soooooooooooo scared of him then why does she keep writing him up in jail laughing and taunting him and keep saying I told you I would put you back in jail... we thought she'd be gone on her way by him doing the four years but she still bothering my family and calls us all *igger and Monkeys. Is there any help for men from these women who lie and use the system. She also tried to sneak into Santa Rita Jail to see him,but I spotted her because her face is so bumpy and she threw her hoodie on her head and ran away... I wish I would have had my camera. So is there any help for men concerning domestic violence. His PO isn't any help and we've given him the proof and were very scare of this girl because she makes good on her threats. His PO was the one that told us to get a restraining order and we explained to him that when she gets it shes going to be very angry and so I called him today and said if it wasn't for you telling us to get that restraining order he would be out. PLEASE HELP. Thanks soooooooooo much.

She can't sneak into the jail, she has to show her id and you should have let her do so as then you would have had proof that she isn't in fear of him.  I suggest that you get a lawyer and let your lawyer deal with this.  Hopefully your brother was smart enough to keep all those letters she wrote to him while he is in jail as they too are evidence.  Please do get that lawyer and then after you get your brother out of prison, sue this girl in court for her harassment.

i agree get something from work even his time card and any and every thing you can come up with that shows he didnt do it! and if the po dont want to help call your local news station and get them talking about this dont let another male go to jail because a silly female has to lie about something like that the women that have been attacked cant get the help or voice they need because so many false complaints are made! i would go back to that very first time and get all the paper work i could find and show it get a legal aid lawyer and fight this get that taken off his record sue her for false report!

Make sure there's proof that he was at work when the girl said the incident occurred, and when the charges are dropped come back on her with filing false report, slander, defamation, and any other charges allowed by law! Go for the harassment to your family members, too.

have him give you the letters and get his boss to give you a letter stating his hours of work that day. Then give them to his lawyer but not before taking photo copies.
