Why don't the NFL make a rule?

The jets o line is dirty all they do is dive at the defenses legs and then roll. I first noticed it last week when they beat the bengals. It so retarded of course they can run the ball the o line rolls up the defenses legs creating running lanes. It should be illegal to intentionally engage below the waist. Andthey do it on every run i mean WTF it was retarded. Not hatin on the jets it just seemsdirty to me

Most blocking does start low but you're right, you shouldn't be blocking below the waist two seconds into the play

well my boy if you think that was dirty let me tell you of a man Named Conrad dobler who played Right Guard for the st.Louis Cardinals He played 1972-1982 and was the best Guard a qb could ask for He got away with Holding, eye Gouging face-mask twisting, Leg whipping , Tripping Even biting and you know what? it got him To the pro bowl 3 times. Now my point That it wasn't the fact that he did these things That make him the best Right guard ever It was the fact that he got away with it in fact all of what he does is stilling being done to date You may not see it much today because quite frankly its a little hard to see but it happens (less maybe) And you want a rule against chop blocking? That's the only thing not watered down About the nfl Now don't get me wrong i believe the kicker shouldn't be touched PERIOD but football gets a little weak if you brush by the quarterbacks Helmet You get a roughing the passer call. My point Is foot ball Needs to be a at least a little dirty or In my View they should should Just go on and play flag football then.

Maybe the Chargers should have learned how to play run defense. Not all the offensive lineman chop block so I don't understand you argument. Yes one or 2 will on every play but that is just football.

Well, I guess you must be a Chargers fan. Look man, my Cowboys lost too and they have no one to blame but themselves. In other words you don't see me on here saying well this rule should be changed ....The Chargers line had the right to do the same thing. Look this is just the way the game is, like the guy above me said, "don't like it, get better."

yes it is dirty this can seriously hurt the d-line men i think they really dont care about them because the linemen are under paid not a popular as other positions i mean look at the rules to protect the quarter back any more you can just look at the qb wrong and get a flag i really think it is bc the nfl really doesnt care

I don't think the Jets are the only team to do this, and its like holding, it happens on most plays, its just if the refs see it. Stop hatin on the Jets. SUPER BOWL BABY!!!!!!!!!!!11
