Is it possible to enlist in the regular army with a general discharge under Honorable condition? RE-3 status for a dirty drop. never had possession charge only peed hot for THC. last time I tried they just got a memo that made it impossible for me to reenlist. need to know if that has changed.

Nope, you're done. There are no waivers for pissing hot at MEPS. Maybe next year.

No, in accordance with Army Regulation 601-210, chapter 4 paragraph 25, Non Waiver Sperations and Discharges, sub paragraph o, reads as follows:
o. Person with PS last discharged from any component of the Armed Forces for drug or alcohol abuse or as rehabilitation failure during last period of service.

Go see your local recruiter. I had one guy get out the same way and we couldn't find a way back in for him. maybe the Guard can get you going in the direction you want, then move on to the active component.
