    Strain? Why the need to do that? I am assuming you mean to ensure no egg shells in the eggs...?

    And WHY would you starin you eggs for scrambled? It is pointless nad just makes more work for a simple dish.meal.

    No I don't, a good whisking will break up the slimy bits, and besides they will still cook OK.
