Can somebody please tell me how to get my "picture" to fit my screen?

I have a new computer and it's formatted for a 15" monitor and mine is a 17". I can't remember how to do this.

    Don't know which version of Windows you have, but for normally all you have to do is...

    Right-Click on blank area of desktop screen > Select "personalize" > Choose "Desktop Background"
