Hey I need to lose the same amount of weight you do, but I'm not going to do it like that. I know what causes me to gain weight and what causes me to lose weight by now (I'm 31). So, for me, it's regular exercise like cardio, jogging, stomach crunches, and less caloric intake. Less food in the morning, at noon, at dinner and no eating after 6 or 7pm. I also do yoga on a regular basis for an hour and a half and sometimes break into a sweat. You have to burn off the weight and get rid of the toxins in your body by drinking enough water and getting enough exercise and fresh air. Get all that stale air out of your body. Breathe in deeply! Sleep early wake up early and be productive. Stop watching television ads for a while as it will lessen the desire to eat food you don't really need in your body. Take up a sport that will help build up endurance like swimming, karate, or tennis. Get a workout buddy, and keep a journal, not just a diary for inner reflection, but a food diary of all your caloric intake throughout the day. This will help you get a clearer picture of what is missing and what is plentiful in your diet. Visit nutritional websites online for additional help and if you can, see a nutritionalist or dietician.

Get a used copy of Atkins "New Diet Revolution" off of Amazon - it's cheap and a pretty good read. You're already speaking here about the Atkins diet - lots of salad - some meat, cheese, eggs, nuts. And if you cut out the carbs, there you are.
People lose weight really well on Atkins - he wants you to try it for 2 weeks - and you often hear reports of people losing 20 lbs in 2 weeks... It's probably largely water at first though. But actual fat loss will come in time. The Atkins diet changes the chemical way that your body deals with food. I've been doing it since 2000 - it's a great diet.

It'll definitely help but like the previous answer, working out and doing a little fat-burning exercise would be major in helping you lose the weight.
Also, watch your portion sizes. Most people have twice as much meat as they really should. Also, unless you're eating meat as tough as a boot, meat has a lot of liquid fat content so keep that in mind.
The main rule for food, though, is to eat until you're not hungry. The moment you stop the hunger, put the food away and have it later if you get hungry again.
There's a ton of helpful and simple techniques that actually work listed in a book titled Mindless Eating. Pick it up sometime and look over some of the things you can do to help keep your eating habits in check without even thinking about it.
Building muscle mass helps too. Maintaining muscles requires more energy from your body and helps burn fat throughout the day. Since you're losing weight, you don't have to go overboard or even pick up a routine. Just when you've got a free minute, get down and do some push-ups or squats. Simple and easy exercises that work out the muscles. Just don't go overboard and you won't have to worry about building up too much muscle. Also, working out until your muscles are sore send your body to work to repair and strengthen muscles, requiring more and more energy from your body.
Working out does increase your metabolism and thus makes you feel more hungry so remember to keep track of your portions!

Yes, this will work. Just make sure to add in a bit of excersize, perhaps some running (or other form of cardio) and light weight lifting or pushups/crunches etc.
Also, if you drink caffeinated tea, remember the caffeine dehydrates you, and in order to lose weight effectively you need to be hydrated. For every cup of coffee or tea you should drink two extra glasses of water.
Not many people do this, however it is one more step to a healthier lifestyle.
Hope this helps!
good luck :)

in case you basically consume balanced foodstuff and exercising on a daily basis then you definately can relatively drop 10lbs a month. i recently lost 30lbs, and all I did replaced into drink water and eco-friendly tea for drinks, decrease out sugar, and stored a food mag. i replaced into on a 1200 calorie food habitual, and that i exercised for a pair of million.5 hrs on a regular basis (different than on Sundays). i might stay faraway from fad diets on account which you rapidly income the load back. i attempted the tuna food habitual and lost a brilliant style of weight, yet I won all of it back interior of purely some months. solid success!

Yes, and 30 pounds in three months is a very realistic goal, also. Be sure to supplement the diet with exercise. It speeds the process and ensures that your body stays healthy and toned, not just thin.

That'll work. Just don't eat much. Simple. Working-out will speed everything up. Even just jogging for thirty minutes three times a week will speed everything up by a lot.

Consuming the desired food is crucial for your health. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it is not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss produce, it is a superfood too. There's a risk free trial available at http://rds.yahoo.com/**http%3a//silarm.spraydiet.i... I've been using it for three weeks now and it is certainly having an effect!!
