How do they swear you in if you are athiest?

How is the whole to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you god handle if you do not believe in any religious figures?

Update:

I do not know what to do since I do not believe in any gods.

The phrase "So help me God" is not used in American courts. Nor is a bible or any other religious book.

You simply swear (or affirm, if you have an objection to swearing) that the evidence you are going to give will be true.

In most states a person may affirm rather then swear on a Bible or other "sacred text". As it happens though a case is in debate right now about this very thing or at least a similar thing. A Muslim witness was told they must swear on a Christian bible in North Carolina or affirm on no sacred text since the Judge refuses to acknowledge a Koran is sacred.

Its a strange world isn't it?

They don't ask you to say "so help me God" anymore, except in the movies.
