So, I really do not believe in the paranormal, but when I see the shows with the paranormal investigators running around in some very cool looking old places it looks like a whole lot of fun.

So do you think they would hire me or let tag along even though I do not believe in the existence of anything paranormal.

don't those groups need some one like me to keep their wits about them.

So, I remember long ago when younger I really tried to believe in ghost and hauntings.

started hanging out in many supposedly haunted places like an old theatre, house, park, cemetery, buildings, and other sites, and nothing, nada, every site and sound I was able to prove was anything but the supernatural. True story: at the theatre as a joke the workers there sent me to an area absolutely no one else would go by themselves to retrieve an item, they all expected me to come out screaming and were shocked that I was not even fazed, nothing happened no big deal.

I have worked in the entertainment industry for 15 years now and have learned from others on how to create the unbelievable.

So, I see these ghost hunters, and paranormal experts claiming these things are all real, could it just be that they want to believe so they see and hear what is really not there????? or did I just become so desensitized I would not believe a ghost if sat down and talked to me????

Would you try to stop me or would you watch?

Can some cats have such a personality change as the age?

up until she turned 2 my cat was so affectionate to anyone and everyone, complete strangers could pick her up and hug her she'd seek out children because they played with her, then all of a sudden I am now the only one she tolerates, she does not hide the fact that she dislikes everyone else in the world, she growls, hisses, chases and swats at everyone now. in most flight or fight situations she is a fighter.

the vet did not believe it was the same cat when I brought her in for a check up, he had to sedate her to even get near her the doctor even warned me that I might want to think about not letting her in the same room with me whilst I sleep, like she would attack me.

I have had friends tell me to put her down and get a new cat, but she is like a kitten when no one else is around. she even brings her favorite chew toys to me for a game of fetch.

I have only been gone a day and there are so many questions on does he like me?, should I go out with her?, and my favorite about the friends trying to steal bf or gf .

Will it never end????

I just finished reading the book the The Time Machine By H.G. Wells.... Question is if you were to travel forward in time and met a race of innocent, uneducated, easy to manipulate Eloi, would you use your past knowledge of the world to educate them hence to create a human race that is for peace, love and expanding our minds or just let them worship you like a God by showing them some simple magic tricks and a bic lighter?

Do not laugh...............OK, you can laugh, but when I was very young I was told once that a virus can never be cured they must run their course and that we will only be able to cure diseases. Has anyone heard this before?

They have not yet found a cure for the comon cold which is a virus

Are they not one in the same?

If they can not cure viruses are we not giving false hope to cancer and aids patients?

Will we only be able to prevent and not cure viruses?

I was raised catholic, but started questioning my beliefs at 5 and pretty much stoped believing in any god altogether by 15, my family is O.K., and it does not stop me from attending my familys religous celebrations I am flattered they ask.

My father who has been catholic all his life seems to have a problem with other religons, he almost passed on seeing one his grandson being baptised in the lutheren faith, we had to drag him to my brothers wedding at his wife's church she grew up with , he goes crazy if my brothers and sister date outside the catholic faith, but here I am not even going to church and I have dated people with many different beliefs and backgrounds and not even a hint from him that there is anything diffferent of me from his other kids.

Does he find it better that if you are not catholic it is better that you believe in nothing at all?

If you were to go back and ask to be born do you think your parents would of said yes?

I have a 1977, Cadillac Hearse just when I was geting the money to refurbish, it was vandalized, I love this vehicle, I am looking for somewhere in the western suburbs of Chicago to bring it for some major engine work and body work, I have found it very difficult finding anyone who wants to take on this project.

I have been told to junk it, but if they give it a chance I know there is a beautiful vehicle under the damage and age.

I live in the Joliet area, but if the location of a repair shop is not to far I am willing to get it there
