I'd try to stop you by asking questions.
"Something must be bothering you. Will it still be bothering you tomorrow? Next week? Next month? Next year?"
"What will your brother/sister/mother/father/best friend say? Won't they miss you?"
"Who will be the one to find your body?"
"Don't you want to see what happens in your life?"

I would advise you to go to the ER immediately. If you were my friend I would go with you. I hope you are doing okay.
