Help, need to repair my Hearse?

I have a 1977, Cadillac Hearse just when I was geting the money to refurbish, it was vandalized, I love this vehicle, I am looking for somewhere in the western suburbs of Chicago to bring it for some major engine work and body work, I have found it very difficult finding anyone who wants to take on this project.

I have been told to junk it, but if they give it a chance I know there is a beautiful vehicle under the damage and age.

I live in the Joliet area, but if the location of a repair shop is not to far I am willing to get it there
