Give the coaching staff more control would be the biggest one. Al Davis has long handcuffed both sides of the ball with his insistence on the vertical offense and his man defense. His defense calls for physical corners which in this day and age of the NFL arent always the best option due to the new coverage rules put in place.
the second would be negotiating to build a new stadium,possibly a joint venture with the 49ers as it makes economical sense to share a football only stadium.
three -hire Jimmy Johnson to be the GM.He built those great Cowboy teams from the 90s.NOT Jerruh!

1. Move back to L.A.
2. Rehire Gruden.
3. Trade Jamarcus Russell to the CFL for a couple Gatorade jugs.
