Does my wife qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit?

She finished her last year of graduate school in 2009. She was in another career before going back to college for graduate school. She already has a four-year degree. She went to a qualified college.

    Yes, she can as long as she paid the tuition out-of-pocket or through loans without the aid of any scholarships. However, there are income requirements and I believe you have to file jointly if married (You can't get the credit if you file separately, married).
