My guinea pig is chirping?

I have never heard her make this noise before! I've had guinea pigs for quite some time and have never heard this before! Should I be worried? I know she's not hurt...why is she making a chirping sound? I know guinea pigs pretty darn well so I know this isn't one of their usual vocalizations...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance :)

Update:

she's not kept alone either..she has a guinea pig friend (of the same sex)

Update 2:

no, no...I know what those *squeaks* sound like, but she is *chirping* like a cross between a cricket and a little chick...

Update 3:

Oh, goodness...*smacks head*....

I already know what noise they make when they are happy.. ! They *wheek* when they are happy..! Now, I've read about the *chirping*, but I don't remember what it said...*chirping* is something guinea pigs don't usually do, so I'm trying to figure out what it means..!

Mine chirps at night when she is in her igloo getting ready to sleep. It is like she sings herself to sleep.

Chirping is there usual noise unless the chirp sounds stressed but you can definetly tell there happy squeak from there destressed squeak. Chirping is usually the sound they make when they are happy and content.

Mine always chirped whenever they were hungry, distressed, or whenever I open the door of their cage.
