Cheapest place in Piedmont to retire to?
I am wondering where in Italy should I retire where it is cheaper, friendly, safe and I can afford to have a decent house with at least 3 rooms (bedrooms I am talking about). A nice driveway with a small garden. Everyone says down south. Seriously I prefer somewhere in Piedmont. Any suggestions?

If you like the mountain you can choose any village in the mountains of the south. The houses are cheap because it is an unpopulated area for a long time.
You must like the quiet life and the cold, especially in winter, because there is not much chance of fun in this area.
The scenery however is spectacular and the place is idyllic for nature lovers.
at worst you can be an hours drive from civilization...eh eh eh
I can suggest you some areas not very tourist,without skiing facilities, and so perfect for retirement:
valle maira
valle po
val varaita
valle stura
val grana
If you prefer the hill, you can choose the areas of Langhe or Roero. These areas are also beautiful but the prices are generally higher than the mountain because they are areas of production of fine wines (such as Barolo)

in case you actually favor to retire in Piedmont then you definately ought to really ask this question contained in the Italian shuttle part of YA. yet because you requested it contained in the Thailand shuttle section, allow me inform you, Thailand is 10 cases more effective than Italy, and could fee you 1/2 to stay in Thailand than in Italy. Why waste some time and income Italy come to Thailand and income from the nightlife, the seashores, the impressive human beings, and the huge warmth climate.
