dream interpretation?
my brother, my mom, and i have all had the same dream about our grandmother since she passed away (7 years ago)
back when my grandmother was still alive, we had an apartment built on the back of our house and that's where she lived. when my parents divorced, my brother, mom and i moved to ohio, and my grandmother was left in my uncles care. when she became ill, my uncle moved her into a nursing home where she passed away about a year after she was moved in there.
well, in our dreams, (me, my mom, and my brother) we will be walking around in her apartment, all of her stuff is still there, and there is someone lying in her bed. we think it's her, but we are too afraid to look. when we look in her bathroom, there are either snakes or mice in her bathtub.
does anyone know what this dream could mean, or why we are all having almost the same exact dream?
thanks!

The problem is, dreams are subjective, and interpretation is based on meaning and relativity to the person in questions life.
Given the nature of the triple way dream, it could be said that, you all share the same memories of your gran, so whatever you are all dreaming is a manifestation of something unresolved.
Then again, maybe it is metaphysical and there is no human explanation. personally, I would take it as a cue to either go to that apartment, or to actually look in the bed in the dream.

My father died in 1995, and I still dream of him on a weekly basis. The fact that you guys are all having the same dream tells me she, your grandmother, is trying to send you each a message. The message is clear to me, but none of you want to see the truth in it, although you may suspect.
Here is the message I am getting: since the dream goes back to her apartment, when her stuff is there, she is trying to tell you about something that happened to her. "Lying" in her bed could mean that someone is lying about something there. Bathrooms are for cleansing, and in this case, exposing something. You often get naked in a bathroom. In the tub, there are snakes and mice. Snakes are symbols often of people who are liars, cheats and will betray you. Mice are annoyance or pettiness.
So, something happened while she was in the care of your uncle while she was still in the apartment. Do you suspect that she may have been neglected by him? Did she have any assets that were unaccounted for?
