I studied for several years under a grand master that sold the school, took all the money people had paid in advance with and disappeared. I'd like to have gone to a different school.
Besides that, I wish I had then gone to a different school after it happened. as it was, it sort of disillusioned me and I quit. So now I'm out of shape and trying to figure out what to do. I can't really start up real classes now because I have a wife and 4 year old. The adult classes are ALL right at 6 or 7 pm. That's family time, dinner, etc... I can't do that. So I'm not sure what I can do to start back up. I'm probably just going to have to start doing some work on my own and hope I can start up again sometime.

I regret not doing Judo while I was doing music. That would have been a good time for me to do it, but I did not think I'd return to martial arts. I also may have considered the idea of boxing full time when it was presented. I also should have done more classes while in college.

I regret spending time trying to learn something that didn't work with my body. I'm 5'7", 170 pounds and I spent at least 3 years doing BJJ but I never caught on as well as everyone else. So, I regret doing that. Now, I'm strengthening my Greco-Roman wrestling and I feel more confident with that.

Like the others, I just wish I would've started sooner overall, and started sooner in the art I study now. Also, I wish I would've taken better advantage of opportunities given to me. As in, training harder than I did/do, or going to extra classes, or spending extra time after class, or putting in that little bit of extra effort in class.

I spent many years in a good TKD school, I wish it would have been more. I regret that my dedication wanes as much as it does. I wish it would steady out.

I am 17 years old. I had a black belt in BJJ and i had 6 stars in kick boxing. But recently i have been having problems with a kid in my high school. He spit at me and instead of using self Control i hurt the kid. I lost it all. There is no more BJJ od Kickboxing. My master striped me of my belt with all of my peers watching. Kickboxing they showed my how it felt to be hurt as in beat me and they riped me of my stars.

I regret that I didn't train harder. I trained hard, and I still do, but I can do better.

Only that I didn't start years sooner than I did.
