Oh, H%LL yeah ... but we all know he ain't gonna do it! Naw, not in SoapLand!

First off, Jack knows doggone well how fixated Patty has been on Emily ... so much to the point that she changed her whole image to look like her. She did not start showing any reasonable improvement in her mental state until Emily agreed to take over her treatment; Emily Peterson is the one person who has been keeping her above water. She's set that therapist on a pedastal, even going so far as to paste a picture of Emily's face on an angel!

To Patty, Emily is God! So it didn't matter that Emily broke off treatment ... abruptly and without warning, I might add ... supposedly to avoid "conflict of interest". Her first priority should've been the mental health of her patient. A patient who has proven, over and over again, just how dangerous (and downright deadly) she can become when she feels betrayed! She shot up Jack when he slept with Diane, she went ballistic on Colleen when she figured that Colleen was playing her, she was calculating whether to shoot Victor or Jack at the lake ... and that was all aside from the "collateral damage" that she caused to happen with Sharon and Summer.

Emily Peterson should've been a professional all the way. She came to Genoa City to speak with Patty about what she'd read in the papers. She was on her way out of Genoa City when Paul pleaded with her, with tears in his eyes, to remain for Patty's sake. Supposedly, Patty is the only reason that she stayed. What makes her think that that gives her the right to put her hormones before Patty's mental health over a man that she just met, a man that she couldn't even stand to be around at first because of what he did to Patty in the past? A man that Patty has made it clear that she's still fixated on?

And now, Patty has stopped taking her pills. Does anyone else get the feeling that it's because Dr. Emily Peterson has "deserted" her? I sure as heck do! I think that, if Emily was still visiting her, then Patty would've still been taking SOME form of medication. For one thing, Emily would've certainly been on her game and noticed that Patty was reverting back to the way she was before she was committed. And if it hadn't hit her right away that Patty was hiding her pills, she likely would've realized it by observing her through that little window.

I think that, if Emily Peterson is no longer there to help Patty, then she should at least go away. That way, it won't hit the fan if somebody just happens to "let it slip" that Emily is "doing" the man that Patty loves! And, who knows who'll just happen to be the one to let Patty in on Emily and Jack's private little celebration? Phyllis, perhaps? God knows that the two times Phyllis made it into Patty's cell to go off on her, as p*ssed as she was, she'd have said anything if she'd have known about Jack and Emily. Maybe Victor. He's big and influential ... and the good Lord knows that the Psychiatric Ward Staff don't give a d@mn about a patient's mental health.

And whenever Patty finds out ... Hell will have no fury like a woman scorned! And nobody in Genoa City will have a safe haven from that fury.

I don't see why. Jack and Emily are consenting adults and Patti was unstable without Emily being in the picture, so l don't see what Paul would get out of punishing/reporting Emily.

I don't know, but it looks like Victor is going to cause trouble for them.

By the way, since they have noticed the change in Patty and the idea that 'her medication might need to be increased', couldn't it occur to them to make sure she is taking her pills. It is not uncommon for psychiatric patients not to take what they should.

I think any Dr who is that wrapped up in a patient emotional is really over involved, but NO...she can date anyone she wants.
