How long does a bank keep their videos from an ATM?

I had a lost ATM card and recently found it was used 2 months ago in another town,would the bank still have the video to see who had the card,Or are these videos deleted to make room for more after so many days

    By law, you are required to report any fraudulent transactions involving your debit or ATM card within 60 days of the date the fraudulent transaction appears on your bank statement. If you take longer than that, the bank does not have to reimburse you for any lost funds. So, even if the videos are retained longer than that, you might not have a valid claim.
