I had a lost ATM card and recently found it was used 2 months ago in another town,would the bank still have the video to see who had the card,Or are these videos deleted to make room for more after so many days

my son cashed one of my checks is it possible to see the passengers in the vehicle?

I was injured on the Job back in Jan.

I filed for workers compensation and at the time got my medical bills paid and mileage paid for Doctor visits.We had applied for a mediation and I was just notified that at the time of my injury my employer didn't have workers compensation coverage.So what happens next,Do I have to reimburse workers compensation for the bills that have already been paid.Is my employer responseable,? My injury was my upper back and the Doctor said it was only going to get worse and my work limits are at 50%.

Whats next..?

Wasn't my employer suppose to have a workers compensation insurance on me..?

It was a Furniture and Appliance store and I was the Delivery Driver and setup.

The store is closeing the doors for good this month,am I going to have to sue these people or is closeing their doors going to protect them...?

I have a Mobile Home and the people are not paying the rent.

There is no contract between the parties.

How do I go about getting them out legally

Can I just kick them out and have the police do it or do I have to go through the process of eviction..

I injured my upper back at work,I slipped 2 disk but I am still working there with the pain.

I deliver heavy things to customers.

I want to get a settlement so I don't have this issue over my head all my life,and incase the business ever goes belly up.

My lawyer said as long as im still working there I cannot get anything...?

Is this True..?

My Doctor recommends I get a different Job.

He said it will only make my back worse working there doing the lifting.

BUT going without income I'll go belly up..

I went to Boot Camp for the National Guards way back in 1981.

I was in the National Guards for 2 years then had some complications.

I ended getting a General Discharge.

Would I be considered a Veteran and beable to get Veteran Benefits..? If so where would I go to check into this.?

I slipped my upper disk in my back (T-4) and (T-5) I have been seeing a Chiropractor and he got T-4 to stay in place after about 4 visit.But T-5 keeps working it's way out and he has to pop it back about every 2 weeks.This was a work related injury from a fall and landing on my back with a dresser that weighed 93 lbs landed onto my chest.

NE way the chiropractor said the disk would never heal correctly and that it will just keep getting worse...

My question is should I settle the claim with workers comp if they offer an out of court settlement or should I get a lawyer.

If I should settle with comp whats a good offer I should take..?

Im type 2 Diabetic,just started taking metformin and have been walking

2.5 miles a day.I checked my level the other day and it was 88,usually I have a hard time keeping it lower then 200,if I eat the wrong food it blast over 200,when I do the daily walk it drops like a rock.Any suggestions on how to maintain a moderate level,Id be happy if I could get it to stay at about 130

I hurt my upper back at work falling on the ice while delivering furniture (T-5) (T-4) The Doc said it would never heal correctly. Has anyone hurt their upper back and about what would be the compensation for this.

I can still work but I now have weight limits,Im not suppose to lift over 50lbs.The reason Im asking this is to know if I should get a Lawyer or let compensation offer me a settlement.

A friend of mine has a laptop.After running it for a few minutes the screen turns blue for a short time then goes blank with just 3 lines going across the center of the screen.

You can turn it off and restart the laptop and it will work fine for a few minutes then go and do the same thing.

Would this maybe be a virus or a processor over-heating..Any help would be thankful..

My monitor isn't going on,here's the catch...I unplugged the 4 pin connector from the power supply to the motherboard and the monitor turned on..I tried to turn the computer off and had to unplug it for it to turn off.Then I plugged the computer back in and the monitor won't go on again,even when I try to unplug the 4 pin connector.

So I guess the off and on switch isn't working correctly either.

Would my trouble be the switch,or A BAD GROUND.

The computer does seem to be on,the HD is running..??

I also get other popups when formatting with the disk that came with the computer.

I formatted the comp before and it worked great.2 weeks later it didn't work so I tried formatting and got the popups,dll files missing and it wouldn't format..

Is my disk corrupt or the cd rom bad..?

Or maybe just something in the motherboard.?

I have reformatted a hard drive with an external hard drive case,my question is can this hard drive be used in an operating system as the master drive if I wanted to install it into another computer and format it again

I have a spare computer for which worked great.I set it aside for 4-6 months and decided to hook it back up today to use.Well just to find that I get no signal for my monitor,so I tried another monitor and it still didn't come on.Both the monitors work and they were also hooked to my spare computer before I set it aside.Is there a way to test my video card before I go out and buy a new one.I tried taking it out and putting it back in in case of maybe alittle dusty with no positive results.

I did a reformat on my computer with the original disk.

The computer worked great...

I didn't use it for almost a week and when I turned it on I got an error page and had to reformat it again with the disk.

It did this 3 times and so I gave up...

I also tried another hard Drive and the same thing happened

The computer is an Acre Veriton 7200D

It's a 1.8 with 512 ram

The store will offer Computer accessories and light repairs such as cleaning and hardware installation

DVD-R

Just wondering which is better for burning movies and what

the -R and +R mean..
