Does anyone know what the settlement compensation would be for a back injury?
I hurt my upper back at work falling on the ice while delivering furniture (T-5) (T-4) The Doc said it would never heal correctly. Has anyone hurt their upper back and about what would be the compensation for this.
I can still work but I now have weight limits,Im not suppose to lift over 50lbs.The reason Im asking this is to know if I should get a Lawyer or let compensation offer me a settlement.

It depends on your age, how many years of work you have until retirement, and things like that.
