Marriage is legal and valid here but you should check with your country as well. What happens after the marriage really depends on your circumstances. I'm assuming you'd like to marry and obtain permanent residence status or citizenship here...

You shouldn't overstay your visa (and become illegal) although some do... it just doesn't look good. You may be able to get an extension of your visa or apply for a green card and stay as a permanent resident and/or eventually apply for citizenship. It really depends how much time you have but, due to caseload and the type of petition filed, the process of doing any of that may take some time so do not delay.

It's really not a bad process but you need to have patience and provide all of the information that is requested of you. Some countries are easier to deal with and have more common marriages (say, U.S. and Canada) while others are not. It may involve you discussing your situation with your home country as well to find out if they require any documentation from you.

    Yes.

But it is illegal to enter the US on a B1/B2 visa with the intention of getting married.

no difficulty, you've criminal get entry to into the country. the question is, the position are you contained in the country, did you come back in via a border, did you obtain a I-ninety 4 with a view to shuttle north of the border?? it truly is to bypass a second checkpoint as you shuttle extra into the country
