Duplicate TV Screen to a second Monitor?

I watch TV in our living room on a large high-def TV and stereo sound system. When we leave the living room to go to the kitchen (for a beverage or such) I want to be able to see another screen that has the same image as the one in the living room -- I can still hear the sound from the living room, just have no view of the TV. How can I duplicate the image from one room to the other?

    Does your main TV have video out connectors? If so, run those to the monitor in the kitchen.
