How can I get "Backdoor.Tidserv" off computer?

I have Symantec AntiVirus it shows backdoor.tidserv. but can't remove tells me" file has been moved , deleted .... in an email message ..... trying to clean a compressed file in container... computer located on is turned off. How can I get this off computer it has taken over my searches?

    First you will need to uninstall the following from add/remove programs.

    Java(TM) 6 Update 2

    Java(TM) 6 Update 5

    Next, download Hijack This from the link below and choose "Do a system scan and save log file". Once the scan is complete the log file will open. Copy and paste the results into the text box of the second link below (although the main menu window offers you to upload the file log it is much faster to copy and paste). After pasting, click analyze and wait for the results to display. Scroll down the list to find all entries with a red x next to them. Locate those entries in the Hijack This main window and place check marks in the respective boxes. After all invalid entries have been marked click on "fix selected". Finally, download, update and choose a quick scan with Malwarebytes. Good luck!!
