There are few BAD seats in WF. I have sat in most sections and had one bad seat but it was for a Cubs / Cardinals game. I knew it was bad as the ticket had "obstructed view" printed on it.
"Best Place" is going to be close to home plate as that's where every play starts and where all scores take place. I went to a ticket site to find such a ticket. You state that price doesn't matter:
Section: DUGOUT 26 Row: C. $471.00
This seat is in the newest section on the field. They are next to the visitors' dugout in the 3rd row with a great view of home plate and the pitcher's mound. The best thing about these seats is that you can see into the Cubs' dugout. See this section and the whole seating diagram on the site below:

The upper deck offers a great view of the whole field but can be chilly early and late in the season.
The Terrace Reserved section is in my opinion the worst section as the luxury boxes obstruct the view of pop-ups but shelter you from rain.
The Bleachers are always fun in the summer but offer no protection from rain.
The field boxes are the best seats but are incredibly over-priced.
