What has more action, the average baseball or football game?

In many games, it's baseball. The action can be the pitcher throwing a shutout or a no-hitter. It could be a triple-play or a triple. It could be a 19-14 runs scored game or a 2-1 game with loads of awesome defense. Not knocking football if you like it. I'm just saying that, sure, some baseball games might have less action but more have more, that's all.

I'm not sure how you'd time that in a baseball game. You going to count every pitch? From what point do you start? If there is a runner on base do you start counting when the runner leads off looking like he is going to steal? I don't know how you do that.
