...because I did not definitely say it disproves or proves anything, if u read my question carefully, you will see that I posed the question for readers to post their opinions on the subject.
Some critics have misunderstood intelligent design and claimed that it is merely claims that because we can't figure out how some biological structures could have arisen, therefore they were probably designed. The argument for design is not like this. In reality, the argument notes that intelligent design theory is a sufficient causal explanation for the origin of specified (or irreducibly) complex information, and thus argues from positive predictions of design. The lack of detailed step-by-step evolutionary explanations for the origin of irreducible complexity is the result of the fact that irreducible complexity is fundamentally not evolvable by Darwinian evolution.

It isn't proof against evolution. Evolution is so simple and yet it can create complex patterns, without understanding evolution one's first response might be "That's impossible", but with some studying of evolution you will start to understand how it works.
I have written computer programs that evolved. I had a set of computer programs that bred with each other. There were predator programs too. The non-predator programs evolved to combat the predators, but they always did this is the simplest way. Later when I analysed the strongest programs I was amazed at how elegant their solution was, elegant as in so simple. I could never design programs as elegant. This deep understanding helped me understand evolution.
Fractals are one example of simple rules creating complex patterns.

The evidence you provide is a relationship between reality and mathematics. Then to explain that relationship I take it that you would propose an infinitely complex god creator being.
The principle of Occam's razor suggests to look at the simplest possible explaination consistent with the evidence. Personally I believe the far simpler explaination for your evidence is that reality is based on mathematics, no gods are necessary. The reason I believe reality is based on mathematics is that fundamentally I believe reality is mathematics. I believe all mathematics ( necessary logical truth ) exists. We only see the portion consistent with our existence.
I congratulate you however for at least attempting to provide evidence and an argument for your belief. All to often all I see here are personal attacks and logical fallacies.

You have asked two totally unrelated questions. Let me answer them in reverse order
1. Of course they do not disprove evolution. They are totally unrelated to evolution and in no way detract from the mountain of evidence for evolution.
2. The Golden ratio and fibonacci numbers simply reveal patterns. The first is far more interesting than the second. Fibonacci numbers are just one particular pattern one can find in whole numbers and imply nothing more than humans are good at seeing patterns.
