Is Yahoo Answers completely worthless?

If you think this is a Q&A site, then it is totally worthless

If you think this is a MMORPG, then it has an entertainment value

i've been away for a while, since i came back i found this site to be a joke. i had 1 answer and 2 questions deleted for supposed violations they couldn't really tell me what they were. i saw the links but nothing.

I see Blurtit and another site is better than this,

First you need to post a great question in the proper category Technical questions require patience since those most knowledgeable do not log on every day.

i think yahoo answers has some very intelligent people,who enjoy sharing knowledge,but there are also many trolls and people who answer when they have no idea what they are talking about.i try to answer question only when i feel i can help the answer of the question.

it depends on the category I would be leery of the dating and relationship areas however the travel pages often have some excellent answers.

Those prats who are unfortunatly are in the majority should be ignored, the minority, like myself are very intellectual. the original purpose was for entertainment only.
