My daughter is turning two at the end of September. I need party ideas but I have some hoops to jump through. Can't be too pricey but we can spend if it's worth it. I don't want to have a party at my house. I'd like to do something where I can envite alot of people and if they do or do not show up it won't effect things much. At what point in human history did we discover dinosaurs existed and ruled the earth? Imagine that discovery! We're quite accustomed to the concept now but that had to have been news to somebody at some point. At what point did they learn that there were once giant creatures like those?

I heard a band at a bar last week. They seemed to have taken traditional Irish/Scottish drinking songs and converted them to a Hard Rock/Punk sound. This was all nicely recorded on an album and on a jukebox so I'm sure they're not just local. There may have been many bands that have tried this so if there is more then one I'll gladly check them all out. Any band names that match this description?

What is the weight limit? I've heard 300, 330, and 350lbs, which is correct? Does what happens if you exceed it? Is this just a warning or recommendation? Can I still play a game if I exceed a weight limit? What can I expect at 320 lbs?

I'm in my early 30's and bought a Wii for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it and I'm starting to get into it and back into console gaming. (I've been out since my 2nd PS2 quit on me 5 or more years ago.) What are some good games to look for on the Wii? Good for my age group, good replay value, and graphically impressive as far as the Wii goes ect. I like fighter's, first person shooters, and a good Action Adventure/Story Line game. I'm sick of racing games, party games loaded with mini games, or head ache strategy games. I've never owned but would like to try a music game and perhaps something different that the shows off the Wii's motion abilities. I'm also a huge Star Wars fan.

I'm thinking Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, the Beatles Rock Band, Star Wars The Force Unleashed, and/or Final Fantasy. Suggestions?

PS- I'd like to try the Wii fit but I weight more then 300 lbs. Does the Wii Fit have a max weight where it won't work if you exceed it? Is the Wii Fit worth the purchase cost?

In order to do this I have to start from scratch. The w-2's are on their way but I need all the other paperwork. We worked in Kansas and lived in Missouri (I may have worked briefly in Missouri in that time too) so I need to do my Fed first, then Kansas, then finally Missouri for both years. What paperwork (1040ez etc.) do I need from each state and the fed? Where do I get it from?

It seems tough to get a good answer to a good question on this thing unless the question is "Should I ask him out... I'm so nervous." Isn't the point of the site to have informed people responding to important questions?

I want something that:

Uses memory cards not tapes or DVDs: I think I want it to record directly to an affordable, high capacity memory card that I can remove and just plug into the reader in my laptop.... or play directly from the camcorder. I've seen a lot of these from cheap manufacturers and I want to buy from at least a Samsung or Cannon ect.

Takes still pictures: In an attempt to keep costs down, that once standard feature isn't always available in some models. I'd like to be taking decent 4 or 5 megapixel stills with this as well because I don't want to carry two cameras all day. The still camera should use a flash, I've seen plenty that don't.

Good key features: Just take good movies with some basics like image stabilization and being good with indoor and outdoor lighting. Good battery life is a plus but a few hours is surely good enough.

Cheap...ish- Is under 200 too much to ask for? I'm a Sam's club member so if I can save a buck there then that's great.

Sometimes... more like half the time but I can never tell when or why.... a Youtube video won't load when I try to select it. It goes to the page the video is on and the square it's supposed to play on just stays black. No video, no controls, nothing. Just black. Wierder still, If I post the thing on Facebook or whatever, I can watch it on my page there without problems. Never had a problem watching a linked video, having alot of problems when watching from Youtube's actual page for the video. Do I need to reinstall something? WTF?!?

Can somebody suggest a good deal on a new gaming pc... or should I build again. I haven't built in a while and would need to buy everything including an operating system. I haven't really looked into this in years and it looks like there's a new gen of processors coming... or are they here already?

So I want a new gen processor, clock speed isn't too important if we can save a buck there. I probably won't over clock. I'd like to try linking a video card just because I never have unless I'd be better off to buy one good single vs two ok linked. Just something powerful enough to run high settings on most things without lag, I might run two or even three monitors but that's not too hard, probably going to start doing some home video stuff and I'd like a video input (again pretty easy) and standard storage these days seems like it would meet my needs. I don't care about bluray or bluetooth. I just need the speed and a good deal on it. What would you do? Buy or build, what to look for, what to expect to pay.
