I can't open an extention that is marked .pdf ...HELP!!!?

Adobe pdf reader is as vulnerable as windows. It's full of exploits. Forget it. Go to File Hippo.com and get FOXIT pdf reader. It's safer and just as good or better. It will open pdf files no problem. I love it. It's free too. One thing. When it installs. It will try to install ASK.com toolbar or make that a home page. Use the Custom install instead of the typical one. You can select stuff with the custom. IF it should install ask toolbar you can uninstall it as usual with no problem.

Don't panic just!

You may not have Adobe Reader on your computer. Just Google Adobe Reader Download and it sends you to their site where you can download it for free. Doesn't take up much space, doesn't take long.

You should be able to open it up there. If not, then the file may be corrupt in some way.

Download Foxit pdf reader....it is free and is a million times less bulky than Adobe
