For most average size chicken beasts (boneless), I bake for exactly 17 min at 375 F.

Since white meat poultry dries out so quickly though, I'd suggest either marinating the breasts beforehand, or applying some kind of topping to keep them a bit protected from the plain dry heat.

The topping could be just a "dry rub" of herbs/spices on a little oil rubbed onto the chicken, or could be spreading the top with a bit of mayo and some cracker crumbs/etc, or almost burying the pieces in a wet sauce/foods of some kind like salsa (or precooked onions + raw tomatoes) or non-tomato based sauces/foods of various kinds.

(If the breasts are in a covered container, bake a llittle longer --for example if you're doing the last thing mentioned.)

You don't give their weight. Personally, I would not bake them. I would either grill, or saute in olive oil (and garlic!) But try 20-25 min per pound at 325, or for just one or two pieces, about a half hour (or more.)
