What's that supposed to be. I just see cleavage.

    it means a heart or love

    The symbol < means that the number preceding the sign is smaller than the one behind.

    The symbol > means that the number preceding is greater than the one behind.

    if you add a bar parallel to the down part of these signs, it means "or equal to the number placed behind"

    The sign "<" means "less than" So <3 means less than 3

    </3 - broken heart

    Rotate it anti-clockwise and you'll see it's a little love heart.
