Talking about feeding the poor children less so their parents won't breed, he hasn't kept up with the number of formerly middle class people now on welfare, and his assumption that they suddenly need to be drug tested and forced to show up for parent teacher conferences shows how out of touch he really is, its the parents who are working who can't do that.
