when you stop using tongkat ali after a long period does it cause an overload of estrogen?

I was thinking about trying tongkat ali and have found alot of info on it but no where does it mention mass production of estrogen when you stop or are on off cycles do you need to take an estrogen block after using tongkat ali ?

Me and my family are thinking about adopting a dog from a shelter we have restrictions in size due to our living situation and the dog would be alone 8-9 hours a day I know type B dogs do well when home alone can anyone give me some breeds or mixed breeds that are type B and under 20 pounds? Im cooking a meatloaf and the directions call for 1 1/4 lbs beef I have to double it to 2 1/2 it will have 16 ounces of tomato sause in it,the original recipe calls for 50-60 minutes at 350 how much time should I add on for the extra 1 1/2 lbs 15- 20 30 minutes?
