foreign internet provider?

can you have a provider in another country with which you can connect. For example it take a service from a belgian provider while I live in China.

And when that's possible, will you be able to bypass the blocks made by the chinese government?

You need physical access to your provider's wire. If your Belgian provider has wire in China, go for it. (Of course, you'd still be subject to the same restrictions as anyone connecting to the internet in China, ans you'd have a Chinese IP address.)

No. That won't work. You would need to go through a Chinese Internet provider to connect the Belgian one. There is no way to connect directly.

Three are much easier ways to get round China's blocks.

Source(s): I live in China and can get to any site.

Nobody else can give you internet than the local provider.About the restrictions you can use a proxy but I think if schools administrators can block them seconds after Chinese people can do too.
