try demonoid.com. its a torrent site that i haven't had a problem with. also thepiratebay.org is a good one too. they are both torrents however and need a program to download them. UTorrent is a safe and reliable one to do it with. happy downloads!

You need custom firmware to play the newer downloaded games (games from 06- present) because custom firmwares have the same updates as the sony except for the security patches that dont allow downloaded games to be played. but if you want to play the older games you can try downgrading your psp to the Sony version 1.50.
