How many times have you got to see your team play in the Super Bowl since you've been watching football?

this is my 2nd time watching the Colts make it and I've been a fan since 1999. The 1st time was sweet getting to win a Super Bowl after so many playoff losses, I just hope we get another one this time in Miami

So How many times have you got to see your team play in the Super Bowl since you've been watching football?

Update:

I also usually hope for an exciting game but last time I was content with a boring game against the Bears since the Colts won. This is one of the few times I hope the Super Bowl isn't exciting because I'd rather have us win without having to sweat it out lol. But no easy opponent here

King of NJ us Colts have went to 2 SBS and i started watching ever since 1992 or 1993 and our last Sb was in miami where we beat the Bears by 12 points. and yes after the playoff disappointments, we have won a SB and might do it again in a week and a half.

IDK if we win by 3-30 i will never be bored as long as we win the game. So King of NJ as a fellow Colts fan i agree with everything u said about us Colts because yes we shoulda won more sbs but we will win another one and i am speaking as colts fan hoping that we win as expected. So back to Miami where our franchise has been 2-1 in sbs counting the time of the Baltimore Colts.

Lions- Haven't beaten anyone. Try again. Red Wings- No. They've given me their share of failure for me to appreciate their Cup victories. Pistons- Reggie Miller. I didn't feel bad for him at the time, but I do for him now. Still, if Tayshaun hadn't made that monster block, it would probably be Chauncey we would all feel bad for. Tigers- Sucked for so long. Try again. Michigan football- No. Maybe Shaun Alexander after the 2000 Orange Bowl, but Brady played one hell of a game too. Michigan basketball- Sucked for a while. Try again. @Ryan- No they weren't. The 2009 Saints will always be represented by the 1968 Tigers. They basically healed the city from the '67 riots. I wasn't around for that, but I've heard some great things about that team. No other team can say that they rebuilt a city by one miracle season. Katrina was 5 years ago. The World Series win came a year after Detroit was obliterated. Over your Cardinals too in the Kurt Flood game. ;)

  • I have seen the Giants in the Super Bowl 4 times. They are 3-1.

  • I've seen the Packers twice

Super Bowl 31 which they won against the Patriots led by Drew Bledsoe

Super Bowl 32 which the lost against the Broncos led by John Elway

Hoping to see a few more and

    Good Luck to your Colts!

Once, back in 2003. Before that the Raiders were in the Super Bowl when I was about 6 months old, but I wasn't watching football then.

NFL and Denver Bronco fan for over 45 years. Have seen them in 6 Super Bowls. The 2 back to back wins were by far the sweetest.

I've seen the Raiders play in 3 Super Bowls, and attended their Super Bowl game against Tampa Bay back in 2002.

    none.

i was about 7 or 8 back in 01 and i didn't know much about football.

i really thought last year (08 season) was my team's year to go to the superbowl. O.J Brigance (a former ravens linebacker & now works in the front office) was diagnosed with A.L.S disease at the beginning of the season & there was a lot of emotional games and clutch plays in both the regular season & postseason games. i saw a ton of heart by all the players & it was really just a stunning season in what success they accomplished from losing 9 straight games the year before to going to an AFC Championship with a rookie head coach and QB. that was probably the most memorable season i had watching the Ravens.

Well since I really started watching it's been twice, although I did watch them lose to the Cowboys in Super Bowl XXX wasn't really watching football at the time(only watched through like the playoffs basically).
