Do any of you believe Obama, during his State of the Union Address, will still blame Bush for his problems?
He hasn't shown a novel thought beyond his constant blame game.

My favorite was "IF REPUBLICANS INSIST ON 60 VOTES" WOW I mean talk about your disdain and anger over the very tactic he used in his days in the US Senate during Bush's term. His attempts to blame everyone but himself was among the most breath taking views of his arrogance.

No, yet some Republicans will boo for the period of Obama's speech clone of the Democrats did for the period of Bush's. in case you've not talked about, this happens with each President at each and each of the State of the Union Addresses.

Care to cite a quotation and a source where Obama has blamed Bush for anything? Some of his supporters may blame Bush, but Obama does not. And for good reason. Nobody is interested in whether or not it's Bush's fault. What everyone is interested in is not the past, but the future.
Source(s): My challenge to prove that Obama has blamed Bush for anything is going to be completely ignored - Abby NormalLv 71 decade ago
At least, unlike Bush, he's capable of an original thought.......and he reads books too! An intelligent president, what a concept.
What are the chances conservatives will disagree with EVERY SINGLE thing he says tonight? Don't try to work together and heal the country, just oppose Obama on every single measure like little cry babies.
Perhaps one day you will see clearly and see how close to ruin the Cheney administration left this country.
And I seem to remember the Cheney administration blaming Clinton for things, you had no problem with that, did you? Hypocrisy, thy name is Neo-con.

I believe he has alluded to "the failed policies of the past" without specifically referring to any person. If he has I missed it. I will watch the State of the Union address to see.

Maybe not, but I don't think that he can help himself. The temptation may just be too great to pass up blaming Bush.

You are right he should not blame Bush because we all know that the recession started on January 20, 2009 and that George Bush did not ignore it for over a year. We also know that his administration did not attack anybody that said we were in a recession..

No. I think he will act like a man and stand up to his own responsibilities. I believe he has too much class to blame someone else for his hard times.
I guess I was wrong. He did stoop to that level. I was one of the few Republicans who has been supporting him and saying he deserved more time to get things done. I lost all respect for him last night.

His problems. How about the problems that face the nation. Why do his detractors want to ignore the mess that he was left. Is that what the view from the side lines looks like.

Is the moon made of green cheese? But he'll do it charmingly, with a flash of his pretty white teeth.
