Does any ebook allow a highlighter and notes for a pdf file?
I want to buy an ebook reader because I have so much paper around the house. However, I want something which can:
a) Read .pdf files
b) provide a highlighter
c) allow you to add sticky notes on a page.
Basically, I want it to be able to do Adobe Acrobat(at minimum)

Try PDF-Xchange Viewer. It allows me add comments and annotations to any PDF file. It is a free program, check out the link and you will find it.
