AFC north vs. NFC south
AFC south vs. NFC east
AFC west vs. NFC west
I think the AFC south and NFC east have been the best divisions, top-to-bottom, over the past few seasons, so I look there first and I like the Cowboys @ Colts game a lot next year
Other ones I think will be fun to watch
Steelers @ Saints
Saints @ Ravens
Giants @ Colts (even if only because of the battle of the Mannings)
Cowboys @ Texans
Vikings @ Jets
Packers @ Jets

I would say the AFC East vs. the NFC North because both divisions have the potential to be pretty deep.

Vikings - Patriots
Chargers - Cardinals (if Warner is back)

I've gotta say Vikes-Jets and Packers-Jets because of two high-powered offenses against the Jets D, and Saints-Ravens and to a lesser extent Ravens-Falcons for the same reason. Your list is good but here are a few others thinking outside of the box:
Falcons-Steelers because whenever they match up it seems to be a thriller
49ers-Chargers - I think the 49ers will be much improved and the best team in the NFC west (especially if Kurt Warner does not come back)
