Is there a free software package out there that will record my screen and the audio playing on it?

I have created a couple of webinars, but the audio and the slides are held in separate files. I'd like to have something record the screen and audio while I'm giving the training. Thus, I can replay it for folks who weren't there or they can take it with them (iPod or Zune). Thanks in advance!

Update:

Camstudio does not work. It won't record sound. I need something that does not use the external microphone and uses the sound file that I have on the PC.

Update 2:

Wondershare Streaming audio is a no go. I have the audio file already as an ASF that I can convert. The issue is grabbing the video AND the audio together. Wondershare does NOT do video.

Wondershare Streaming Audio Recorder uses virtual sound card to record any sound played through your sound card, record music from any online music sites and radio stations like MySpace, Napster, Rhapsody, XM radio, AOL radio, etc. After recording, you can split audio files; edit ID3 tags like title, artist, and genre. Or, you can add recorded file to iTunes, Windows Media Player, or Winamp.
