I have an HP F340 deskjet printer?
I had to do a SYSTEM recovery and now i need to reinstall my printer I do not have the disk for it,i HAVE WINDOWS xp/

Go to HP.com
Click on support and drivers.
Step 1: download drivers and software
Step 2: enter product name (deskjet f340)
It will bring you to a page that asks your your Operating System, choose XP
Now you will be on the page for available downloads. Under drivers the first one is the full software.
SAVE this file to your pc. (DO NOT run it)
When it is done downloading close the website and double click on the file you downloaded.
Follow the on-screen instructions and it will reinstall the printer for you.
Make sure you have the printer disconnected from the computer before you begin the install.
It will tell you when to connect it.
That is it, should be very easy.
