I have an old MSDOS program. How do I get it to run of Vista?

For that matter, how do I even get to the Command Prompt?

    Vista isn't a DOS depending software, so in case you pick to run something on DOS you may want to pick XP or older with a view to run it or perhaps then it would want to not artwork. in accordance to which version of DOS you're utilizing.
