what was this disturbing film?

what film or even a series like "murder she wrote" but still think it was a film around the late 80's early 90's was ac/dc.. you shook me all night long.... used in the film as being played in the background as a "rape" or sexual assault was taking place. investigators used editing technology to dull out the song and start to hear the screams of the victim which won the case because of this. somebody's taperecorder (sound) in the next room happened to record it all. i saw this film years ago. when i hear that song in nightclubs it always reminds me of that chilling scene. would like to know what film it was from.... its not The acussed. could have even been an episode of something?
